Edison.Fang ("we", "us", or "our") operates the mobile game Sealing Gods Again Today (the "Game"), available on Google Play. Sealing Gods Again Today is a single-player, offline game that does not require an account and does not offer in-app purchases; it is supported by in-app advertising. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights available to you, including under the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") and the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA/CPRA").

By downloading, installing, or using Sealing Gods Again Today, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the Game.

• Operate, maintain, and improve Sealing Gods Again Today's features and performance;

• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

6. Advertising and Your Choices

Sealing Gods Again Today is an ad-supported game and does not offer in-app purchases. Ads are shown through TopOn's mediation platform and Google AdMob, and may include personalized (interest-based) ads. You can limit ad personalization by:

• Opening your Android device's Settings > Google > Ads, and selecting "Delete advertising ID" or "Opt out of Ads Personalization";
• Where a consent/privacy prompt is shown in the Game (e.g. for EEA/UK or California users), adjusting your ad preferences there at any time.

Opting out of personalized ads does not stop ads from being shown, but ads shown to you will no longer be based on your interests or ad identifier.

7. International Data Transfers

Sealing Gods Again Today is distributed globally, and the third-party providers described in Section 2 (TopOn, Google AdMob) may process and store data on servers located outside your country of residence, including in the United States. Where personal data originating in the EEA/UK is transferred internationally, such providers rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, to protect your data.

8. Data Retention

Because Sealing Gods Again Today has no account system, your gameplay progress and settings are stored only on your own device and are retained or deleted according to your own device and app settings (for example, uninstalling the Game or clearing its app data will remove this local data). Support correspondence (e.g. emails) is retained only as long as necessary to resolve your request and comply with legal obligations. Our advertising partners retain advertising-related data according to their own privacy policies.

• Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information, including sharing of your advertising identifier with ad partners like TopOn and Google AdMob for cross-context behavioral advertising, which may be considered "sharing" under CCPA/CPRA;
• Non-discrimination for exercising any of your CCPA/CPRA rights.

To opt out of the sharing of your advertising identifier for personalized ads, use your device's ad settings described in Section 6, and/or contact us at the email in Section 14 with the subject line "CCPA Opt-Out Request". We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age without opt-in consent.

11. Children's Privacy

Sealing Gods Again Today is not directed to children under 13 (or the relevant age of digital consent in your country, e.g. 16 in parts of the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child without verifiable parental consent, we will delete it promptly.
